Keystone Offshore Pte. Ltd. (KEYSTONE) today announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sinoocean Offshore Asset Management Limited (SINOOCEAN), for the strategic cooperation to jointly promote offshore asset transaction and utilization.  

Offshore assets have been in high demand due to both traditional oil & gas and renewable energy development. The signing of this MoU allows KEYSTONE to market certain offshore assets currently managed by SINOOCEAN. This will allow both companies to achieve wider pool of potential clients.
