Keystone Offshore Pte. Ltd. (KEYSTONE) is glad to announce the completion of Sinoocean Jade Jackup cantilever restoration, a project that is supervised by Keystone Offshore on behalf of Owner.

Sinoocean Jade is originally a CJ46 self-elevating drilling jackup, that was converted into a windfarm installation vessel in 2021. The rig is currently at CMHI Weihai shipyard, undergoing a restoration project to convert it back to a fully functional drilling jackup. Keystone Offshore has been selected by PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co.,Ltd. (GEPCC) to oversee the restoration work on behalf of Owner.

Cantilever of Sinoocean Jade has been safely and successfully installed back to vessel on 19 April 2024. With comprehensive study, planning and execution that involved KEYSTONE, GEPCC and CMHI Weihai, the restoration process has been executed perfectly as planned and scheduled. KEYSTONE look forward to the successful completion of remaining works and deliver a fully functional drilling jackup rig to Owner.

鼎石海工很高兴地宣布，由集团全资子公司鼎石海洋工程（上海）有限公司负责现场监理工作的国海国瑄自升式钻井平台修复工程已完成悬臂梁回装的重要节点。

国海国瑄原是一艘CJ46自升式钻井平台，于2021年改装成风电安装船。该钻井平台目前在招商威海金陵船厂进行修复项目，以将其改造回自升式钻井平台。鼎石海工于2024年2月被中国电建集团贵州工程有限公司（贵州电建）选中，代表业主进行现场监理工作。

国海国瑄悬臂梁回装已在2024年4月19日顺利安全回装。鼎石海工深入参与了事前准备，技术支持，风险评估，系统修复，现场施工等各阶段工作，与贵州电建和招商金陵船厂精密配合，顺利完成悬臂梁回装工作。鼎石海工期待顺利完成剩余工程，安全按期向业主交付一台功能齐全的自升式钻井平台。
