Keystone Offshore Pte. Ltd. (KEYSTONE) is glad to announce that KEYSTONE has been awarded a construction monitoring contract to oversee the restoration work of a jackup from windfarm installation vessel to self-elevating drilling jackup.

Sinoocean Jade is originally a CJ46 self-elevating drilling jackup, that was converted into a windfarm installation vessel in 2021. The rig is currently at CMHI Weihai shipyard, undergoing a restoration project to convert it back to a functional drilling jackup. Keystone Offshore has been selected by PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co.,Ltd. (GEPCC) to oversee the restoration work on behalf of Owner.
